How much can i get for a RA respec stone ?

I have had quite some offers but most ppl say that i can get more than those. How much do you think its worth, or how much will you give for it?

btw. its ok to flame me for lottoing for something i "didnt" want... When i did lotto, that was the only thing that i could use at some point but need money more atm.
