how many Braided IVY belt ?

I saw braided Ivy belt in game and it's a belt with + 5 large weapon etc.

I saw on internet a belt with + 3 Stealth, 15 Dex, 15 Quick, 15 Con

And this one :

Are all these belt the same in different versions of daoc ? Or many exists with the same name ?

the stealth one is a Galla drop : Braided Ivy belt.
the LW one is a l49 quest reward (Rhodwyn Neck quest) : Belf of Braded Ivy.

edit: not sure but think the galla stealth drop gets upgraded in next patch so its same belt.
