I never have problems getting a group. Usually because I ask around or eagerly group up with anyone of a similar level, even infiltrators.

Same old same old lol ,yeah theres never any problem gettin groups .Heard it all before but when these servers are so void of people then its not always possible to get groups unless you play 99% prime time (even then its like 300ish people a realm lol). You either get no group for hours or get a n00b group that throws itself at the first purple mob to come along and wipes everyone out. Unless you are rejuv spec cleric etc lol.
Sorry but in general euros dont have or dont APPEAR to have the savy or where with all to play DAoC with anything coming close to competance,..unless yer in a guild like sotl /loe etc.
I am polite usually but after months of ignorant morons claiming they cant be polite to me or show manners due to them not speaking english as first langauge,yet they can ask for Aura of defence ! and not knowing the words thanks or please,..then yes i get a bit inpolite. And have you been involved in these ohso wonderful events that are so great as to keep us all on eurotrash servers? I bet not for 99.99% of people.
Why should i pay good money to be ignored in /sends( over and over and over again!!), spoken to ;"buffzz" mannerless way, fools who dont know how to play in ANY tatical way, servers that are laggy , servers that are underpopulated,a 6 month old game (near enough the rate patches are going) all run by people afraid of direct contact with their customers??
No reason,so im off to play something that has folks with a CLUE playing and not full of first time MMO n00bs.
(you can go back to your easy to get groups now )

hmm and now we clearly have a nice picture of an antisocial muppet who has no manner at all, thank you for the kind demonstration Bob.Monkhouse. Now we all know that beeing a muppets leads to gettin no groups, and we also know that beeing a muppet leads to antisocial behaviour and frustration that eventually creates a MasterMuppet, like Bob. Poor Bob, he seem to think that his way is the optimal way of everything and that the universe circles around him, and he probably sits there and screams in agony when nobody does as he want to. I suggest muppets takes his/her copy of Daoc and sell it to someone that actually appreciate computergames, or at least onlinegames, since nobody likes a muppet. Muppets should be isolated to singleplayergames or at least go through a psychiatrical treatment so that they fit into the worlds of MMORPG'S, since they only cause a bad taste in the mouth of everyone else. Pestering others environment is the way of muppets, and thats the way you follow Bob, I am sad to see that you now will move over to US and pester the "lives" of other players there. I just hope they realize that you are a muppet and treat you as one, change your way and attitude or dont play... Muppet!
btw if you think this is a flame, you are right, muppets deserves nothing else. I am tired of people like you showeling their point of view in the throats of other people, even if they dont wanna hear it. Go through your posts and look at them objective, is that what a sane person would have written? really?

If the US is so great, why are you here bob? If all you're going to do is whine about something you don't even play, go to the VN boards, plenty of your kind there.

Maybe the problem is bob sucks so hard he gets groups wiped the whole time and so no one will group with him! Wouldn't surprise me if that were true.

Actually, my guild sometimes does exactly that...
We find the best purple mob there is and throw ourselves recklessly at it.
With a fearless battlecry "Sod it! GO!" we charge the ugly purple.
Only to get our bums handed back on a platter...

lol well i'd rather be a muppet than play on the eurotrash servers any longer.
My opinions are just those ,as are yours.Doesnt make them right or wrong .I feel the servers are empty and void and that those that play there in the most ,dont play with any intelligence or competance unless they are hardcore gamer in guilds like sotl etc. Even then guilds like that have a rep that sucks.
I cant understand why people would pay good money to die so often within a game thats 4 months behind! You can pay the same money and play up to date,without gimps exploiting the bugs they read about gettin patched on the herald.
Groups are hard to find at times unless you are maybe cleric/healer.Prydwen is worse than most servers i found.Why is it my fault if i cant find groups? I have to be in some lame guild to get a group or be a friggin healer! if no one has any problems gettin groups then im amazed lol. Whether you like or accept it i care not but euro players ( and yes im somewhere in euroland) dont have the same tactical or team playing spirit as a lot of their state side cousins.Not saying the yanks own etc but they do SEEM to have better gaming prowesss and knowledge than most of us.

As I said already, why are you here if the US servers are so great? You seem to be trying very hard to convince us we're really bad and that if we all switch to the US servers life will be good and everything will be right in the world. PErsonally I wouldn't switch if you paid me (unless it was a lot of money ). I don't really feel the lack of the patches the US got. 1.48 isn't particularly buggy, a lot of the later patches are just nerfs / game balancing patches for the most part. The euro servers have a sense of community which I feel a part of, I don't really want to leave that behind to play US where I'd have to restart another character, especially given my preferred class is nerfed to crap there. Also what does it matter if you die lots, as long as you're having fun. Personally I don't die all that much, but sometimes it happens and you just have to deal with it.
The point of a MMORPG (at least to my mind) is to have fun with your friends, I don't think running off to the US servers will suddenly make that goal closer.

Um how is my comment there calling you anti-social, that's the most blatent and excessive bit of twisting of words I have seen in a long time.
My point was, just by going to the US it's not going to make the game more fun all of a sudden, especially for people like myself (and presumably the majority of posters here), that have friends in the euro game. It was not aimed at calling you anti-social. If you want to call yourself anti-social, that's fine, but don't put words into my mouth.
