How long can I expect GOA to take to send my login details?

After having "misplaced" my details I have emailed their subscription@goa.com, though I have a feeling the email server is in some barn in south france, and the 92 yr old administrator has arthritis and is having trouble typing me a response.

I think a more fair description is that the entire GOA customer support staff is utterly swamped with the expansion coming on line and tens of thousands of customers trying to get upgraded and into the game, and the hundreds of friendly, handsome and highly intelligent people who didn't bother to look after their login/password are adding to the huge, crushing backlog of problems they are trying to sort out.

Probably a couple of days.

hmm well I didnt se my password on the page when I registered. thought the only way to get it was the email. (got the same problem as philleous

They should have been better prepared for this, it's no excuse. I am also waiting for an e-mail with my login details, I am a new player to the game and think this is crap to be honest, shabby performance by the company.

yes it is realy sad. sorry for u but I ensure u that Mythic and GOA are alleays trying thier best and are allways helpful. I've played over a year and Im just starting a bot so I can w8 well I hope u will enjoy the game anyway samba

I asked for my account details (before the SI upgrade). It took 5 working days for me to receive them. I did get an apology, which was nice.

I'd guess that GOA support are really under the cosh at the moment, so I'd guess a week's wait wouldn't be out of the question.
