How is YOUR guild preparing for clustering?

The world is changing: We feel it in the water, we feel it in the earth, we smell it in the air. Clustering is coming, we're already starting to see Excalibur posters stray over to our boards to check out the opposition and get a sense of the RvR atmosphere here. For myself, I predict that clustering will be the biggest clash of egoes seen ever since the dawn of time. The Excal/Pryd cluster will quite possibly become one of the most competitive ones in Europe, if not the world.

The question is, how is your guild preparing for the cluster?
