My GeForce 4 ASUS V8460 is running at the following Temperatures...

Chipset:60c/140f
RAM:47c/116f

Is this normal for this card?.

That's way too cold.

Best cover the PC case in blankets (duvets will do) and make sure the central heating is turned on.

That should do the trick.

LMK how you get on.

ill put it right next to the radiator just to get that extra bit of heat ;).

One is the original Region 3 release with extras and the other is the R1 Superbit title with the DTS soundtrack and better picture quality.
