Erm, what classes/abilities whichever realm has doesnt play into this take. If your using trebs at the bottom of the RK with a decent GT and bullet ammo you wont get guard spam or adds period, whichever realm your in. If your all ungrouped IF a keepguard aggroes (which would only happen if you have an undisciplined player jumping around in boredom who pulls him) then all that person has to do is run away from the force and die, at which stage the guard will walk back to his spot).
Hibernia did it a few days ago to Midgard, if anything its easier to do on Alb RKs coz you can jump out the window with the relic, while on hib/mid RKs you need to then run down out through the door again meaning you have a risk that the guards might stop you (altho not much of a risk with enough stealthers).
As many stated the issue here isnt which realm can do it, its that no realm should period. Trebs should be set to not be able to damage keepdoors (which I thought they were to begin with).
The only way this sort of Relic Take is kinda harder is if your trying to take strength relics, at which case maybe Hibernia/Albion attacking mid do have a bit of an advantage because Lamfhota and Excalibur are probably passed by their home realm more times than Mjollner is by mid every hour. But again this is all down to discipline and how well the force hides itself.
Its bad you lost your relics in this way, but tbh the realm that took them really played nothing to do with it, whichever realm it was you wouldnt of really had a chance period.
