how do ya get console to work plz help me bros

Hi, i cant get console to work. U have to do something to the hl.exe file but i dont no what.

Plz help......

Create a shortcut to your half life exe file and in the target box, use

"C:\Half Life\hl.exe" -console
replacing the drive and directory name in your case, and yes -console is outside the quotes, which are included
