how do u get movable backgrounds on win xp?

Does anyone know how to get movable backgrounds on win XP and i dont mean crapy animated gifs.

Ive seen in shops and stuff xp with like matrix running in desktop background and all types of shapes and high quality stuff

so if anyone can help let us know, or if u know where i can download some that a be cool

You can set an HTML page to be your desktop and run a Flash anim through it. Have a look here for some examples.

A Google search for "windows xp animated desktop background" turned up some top results for me.
