I too am suffering from this connection problem mentioned further down, so I'd like to do one of these weird "tracers" as this apparently helps the GOA techies somehow. So, big question, how does that work? Where can I find a download for such a program and what do I do once I got it? Help me, I don't know computers :)

Yes, I am dull.

<ip or dns>

??????

So up comes this DOS thingy, then I type tracert, then the "Syntax" comes up and obviously a more learned person should now know what to type next. I don't. :(

Yes, well, might have been an idea to insert the numbers without [ ] and < > ....

<slaps himself>

Thank you very much.

if you do the following
tracert 193.252.123.13 >c:\tracert.txt

this will copy the trace route to tracert.txt in the root of your c drive, so that you can forward the info to GOA easily

use a program like neotrace if you like a nice interface

neotrace express is free, and it comes with a cool map which shows the route your packets are taveling :)
