How do i add my own custom Avatar

Hey guys how do i add my own custom avatar i dont want the one supplied, i wanna put in my own is it possible?

Go to your profile, then edit options --> change avatar. And you can enter the url where you have your avatar in the box next to where it say "You can enter an URL of your avatar:" or upload it from your comp in the box below...
