How busy is alb?

Wondering whether to come back or not bother for a while? last time i was on it was really quiet and not much going on so have been playing wow for a bit.

At least there have been alot of rvr action lately ^^
not sure how it is for other alliances, but the Novus Coeptum alliance is quite active and got action going most of the time
