Does anyone have a price list how much it is to buy house or plot and merchants healers etc for the house.

Just trying to work out the cost in total for this.

Or how much it would cost to buy plot of land and lowest lvl house would be handy to know

plots cost 1 p and a cottage cost also 1p

u can get a CM for another 1.5p

forge/lathe/alch table at 1p
hibernian vault (chest) at 1p
most merchants at 500g
porche deed at 500g

I got a house deed for sale for 9p if u r intressted. anyway.. the plot depends if its a popular spot or not.. I know 2 that I want badly but their at 78 p roughly atm and 18p so waiting for it to drop.. but it ends at 1p.. (minimum)...

Just bought a Cottage and bits n pieces, cost me around 6plat in total complete with DL Porter, Lathe, Material Merchants ( Master and Apprentice ) and a Hib Vault Man..

Bit Expensive i think but i can Fletch til my lil hearts content!
