It might be an idea to not go for housing in the first 2 weeks after housing is released over here. Let the other realms spend oodle-plats. Let's face it, do we REALLY need to all have houses?

The money in the Hib economy should be then significant in the development of our RvR force.

If we take lots of keeps and do a couple of door bashing exercises then I think it would be possible to send the majority of lvl 50's in other realms farming while we consider a relic raid.

Aye. That's true. With the weekly upkeep of these houses it would be quite possible to keep the larger guilds in Alb/Mid on the ropes for a little bit with regular keep takes.

Ill cover the whole housing zone in houses (just to stop people monopalizing)

Then I can sell off the houses at double the asking price and retire to my Villa in Costa del Connla.

Oh and dont forget to collect 200Gp for passing Bolg.

Still cant see the advantage in paying 100 plat for a house. And cant see what realm benefits having houses will have for that huge cost.

I can see it now...

Big guilds going out buying mansions for 100p... after 3 months of paying out all that money and paying monthly rent, the novelty will wear off and the money will be wasted. Wonder what happens if u dont pay. Do u get fined? Charged interest? House repossesed? Guild made Bankrupt?
