Pricing still not set yet, but note the following:

Housing and Object Pricing

For the first few days of Foundations Open Beta, prices for all housing items, lots, and houses are set ludicrously low. Later this week we will announce prices for everything, wipe all houses on Pendragon, and then bring it back up with the correct prices enabled. We need to do the low-price version first to ensure that people purchase lots of different types of houses and items in order to fully test the system.

On Pendragon, lot auctions will start at 100 gp, and drop 10gp an hour. This is a test auction set up only and does not reflect final lot prices.

I mean seriously just replace it with 10 pages of vault space for crafters and that's all the functionality of housing minus a 10 minute "ooh purty" factor but taking 5 minutes to do :/

You know, this is still a MMORPG, yes that stands for Massily Multiplayer Role Playing Game. Fluff is part of the game.

I know people aren't roleplaying much on Excalibur, but that doesn't mean there shouldn't be any content usable for the purpose..

Lotssssss of ppl have been wanting this, looking forward to this and waiting for this, including me.

It's not because housing doesn't float your boat that you have to completely dig it. I don't want class and RvR balance tweak nr 5326576, I want friggin new content to play around with !

Everyone who used to play and enjoy UO know how fun owning and decorating your own house can be.

Might as well put the alb Power Relic keep near one of the starter towns for all the good it will do
