Housing Question and Encouter problem..

If you give your house title to another person, eg on your 2nd account do you lose any items in house/CM/NPCs?

Also For Nailah encounter i can't find Sebak, been camping after work and at the weekend past for about 5-6 days and haven't seen him once nor any deathmessages from him... Anyone seen him lately or killed him.

Really need the credit for nailah :|

The house stays as is when transferred. The stuff inside vaults and CMs isnt really attached to the house its attached to the account and the vaults and CMs are a "window" to those items. So when you put a vault down in your new house your stuff will be in there. All the NPCs you dont pick up before the trade will belong to the new owner.
