Housing Claimed Spots - Time Validity Question

Some weeks are gome since the agreement was made.

I think the agreement was a great idea and, since the very beginning (I was representing DA in the first discussion) both me and Guild I am in have totally supported that.

Some moans and little misunderstanding can be natural but I still consider the agreement a great success.

The point that I want to ask is about the time validity of the agreement.

What i mean is: we all had the time to buy all the lots we wanted at the minimum price.
I dont think anyone can say that did not have the time to buy a prefered lot.
All Guild House and Guild Villages are well established.

Now the problem, in my humble opinion, is that many people and guilds would like to expand near their villages with freedom.

Take this as my very personal opinion (to be clear im not in any way talking on he behalf of noone, or of my Guild) that we should fix a time limit to the agreement.
And, to be honest, I think the time limit could be very close, if not even already passed.

This is of course my opinion, but I am posting here to have a civil on polite discussion.

I think that most have had a great benefit from our agreement, and the remaining houses are up for grabs for whoever got the cash.

Game is back to normal! Just don't blame me if something happens in the housing zones ;)

The agreement was primarily made so people don't have to spend magaplats and people could get their guilds together in the same village.

Since the lots are all down to base price now and pretty much every active person has had a chance to lay down a house, I'd say it's a free for all now.
