house payment while not being able to play

having lost my subs psword when my hd went down i now cant play, if my house runs out of cash when my account is closed will i lose it? my house is a proper 2 story house i got off lox for 2p, i cant afford to replace it if i lose it :/
does it freeze the house or will i lose it while waiting for goa to email me my psword.

You will lose the house and the lot afaik. I have set everyone to be able to pay rent Just in case something like that happens.

As far as i know if a plot/house runs out of rent it then takes money stored on your CM to pay rent, after that it will remove house and put the lot up for sale

Unfortunately yes you lose the house as people have said it's a bitch but that's how it's always been.

According to the Mythic docs - rent will be taken from your box, if the box is empty rent will be taken from your CM.

However these are also the people that state :-

I've cancelled my acc on 02.13. with a full lockbox. I've renewed it on 03.11. and the lockbox was still full. After 2 days when I logged in the window came up said that I have less then a day to pay the rent, I've looked at the lockbox and it was empty. Dunno if it is a bug or a feature.
