With the recent changes and a new guild I've decided to move house. I have purchased on my 2nd account a plot of land near the Shadow Brothers guild house and it is right among all the other guild members.
As a result I am looking to sell my current house.
It is plot 403, in Helena, Dalton.
Only a short run from the central marketplace, and is right next to one of the major horse routes.
It is just over the hill from the guild houses of people like GoP, Templars, Rigante etc.

The plot of land (paid 1p for)
The House (10p)
Porch (500g)
White walls (500g)
Grey roof (50g)
Black woodwork (55g)
I'm looking for offers in the region of 12 plat for it, to enable me to recreate this at my new site. No decorations or content are included.
