CLQ is so bad at times its silly......when I used to play AQ2 I always checked CLQ every so often but to be honest I found it really stupid at times. People were getting frags/per min ratios that were totally crazy.....things like 4/min were not uncommon on CLQ yet weren't possible on any BW server since they have a frag limit of 40 with a time limit of 20mins. Even other servers I would find this an amazing feat to achieve once let alone over an extended period of time.

Err i sent horus a e-mail about that column, here swhat i wrote

"When I started CS seriously backin late 2000, i paid great attention to CLQ as my previous nick I managed to get in to the top 10,000 but as you said i never could get close to the 2 fpm. Wondering how the other people did it I took a gander at the CLQ faq. It gives you hints on how to increase your rating, play on servers listed on the CLQ servers list as these are scanned more frequently, play for at least or even better more than 90 minutes your CLQ score is a record of your PEAK over the time the server is scanned so consistant good play isn't required simply luck. Thus the top CS CLQ fraggers simply play for long amounts of time (time you play also adds to your rating, how fucked up?) on the servers recomended by CLQ and make sure they have a few moments of absolut brilliance, not hard for a few rounds on most servers. I still occasionally check CLQ, but more out of simple interest to find out if any one ever checks my player out."
