Anyhoo, just remembered one, not your average "oh my gods!" film, but, White Noise.

should watch the opening scene from Ghost Ship for some spectacular horror, dont bother with the rest of the film tho, its utter shite.

most american "horror" films now are just a joke... lets think of new ways of killing peeps.... Happy Tree Friends does it much better tbh

Got an absolute bargain, The Thing (Kurt Russel version) for £3 in Zavvi.
Rox movie, if a little slow in places.

Yeah, the Thing is an absolute gem of a horror movie. The FX are superb

Its old, very old, but The Others with Nicole Kidman is awesome.

REC is good, and The Orphanage is crazyass good. Though they have been mentioned.

Hmm I felt a little let down by REC, but still spooky none-the-less.

The Others is a total bitch to get hold of in shops, best bet is online. 1 Month wait at Zavvi, none in stock at HMV etc. which is weird

Hah I watched The Others about 3 times at the cinema when I had a pass, didn't think the film was much cop either tbh. And you suck pikeh, REC is awesomeeeee!

The Others was ok the first time round. After that you know the story, you know where the jumps are, and its never the same again. Watch it once then throw it away IMO. Not a particularly memorable movie.
