That thing could badly burn you
It would not take much for somone to mount 40 or more of those in an arrangement that would focus there beams through a series of mirrors and then lenses to amplify there focus and create a single thin beam, combine that with loads of very high discharge but low charge life batteries like those available for high speed RC cars and have yourself a potentionaly deadly weapon eh!
