Despite having anti addware, software firewall and web virus software some cunting website has changed my IE homepage, which is usually set to blank. I've tried several times to change it back, but after a reboot it's reset :(
I cannot for the life of me remember where this info is stored so I can manually change it back. I've checked every .ini on my system.
Could some kind person please let me know where I can change this?
Ta.

P.S. If anyone has a nice app that stops this happening I'd love to know what it is. (98se IE 6.0 btw)

Hmm, i was showed this in College, some guy created a Program/Website on Mobile Phones, and each time you installed the program, it would set your Homepage to his Site, it was all in the Agreement for the Program, anyway, each time someone went to his Website he got Paid by "Sponsers", and each time you went into the IE Properties to change the Homepage back to whatever, it didnt work, it just kept going back to his Website.

One of my mates went into the Registry, and found part of the info, modified it, but once again, it didnt work... unsolved heh
