Nah, like he said, way too many items with cold resistance in Mid. If it would have been 10% heat or energy or whatever it would have been an other story.

and your point is? so what if it has only 3 bonuses, its the amount of the 3 that makes it good, hords blood stained belt has 9% cold, does that mean its not uber cus 9% is 'lost' cus u cant be arsed to try other item templates?
