Is there something wrong with camelot-europe site? ive changed my in game password over 24hours ago and still havent gotten a reply yet.

Was maybe thinking its got something to do with beta, just looking for clarification.

check your email's junk/spam folder - most correspondences from GOA get stuck in there due to lack of useful/informative content.

The site is up and working. Emails from us come from a noreply email address which some ISPs filter as junkmail. I know you say you checked your spam folder but also check the privacy settings as some ISPs will block these from even reaching you.

I did also change my subs password and that went straight to my email in matter of seconds, just seems im having problems with the ingame password.

This is why i dont think its going to my junk box.

Anything else you may suggest?

But yeah, I should've been clearer, I meant indeed the game password.

yeh, reset game password 3 times now and still nothing

Try to turn everything off (anti virus/internet security/firewall..etc)..then try it again..i found that were were certain settings in one of the above bits of stuff i had that was blocking it. When all were disabled (if only for a few mins)..it got through.

Then do a full virus check to be on the safe side (o:
