80 sockets to the server.

SI out about 3 days.

24 hours in a day

24*3 = say 72 hours.

lets say it takes 5 minutes to actually register.

72*12 = 864 sessions per individual socket

864*80 = 69120

which means that theoretically nearly 70,000 subscriptions could have been made in this time......

so why are we still b0rk3d?

Well, spammng the server might be one thing.

This could have been gotten around by having the actual pages for the subscription sitting in a different place to the actual webpages... I have gotten to the logon but not been able to actually get through.

I usually support GOA and think they have been doing a good job for a while, keeping up with patching. But this is a joke.. Also with a new bit of software going live and problems the last couple of days they should have had staff in at the weekend to deal with issues and keep people up to date.....
Saying that, after 6 hours of spamming I just got validation.. Go me....
