so i thought to myself , what havnt i played in a bit and halflife came into mind. Back in the day i use to consider myself a bit of a "CS Uber beta 1 vetzor". So anyway half life has rejoined the musty cellars of my hard drive and Day of Defeat is uploading as we speak ( last mod i was intreasted in after cs lost its charm). Time to prepare myself for a major ass kicking? i think so , cant wait to be added back into the ranks of cannon fodder on the fields on WW2

also is omaha still some snipers paradise , ive heard theyve done a lot of work on it.

The beach maps are a bit of a nightmare atm. 3.0 seems to have lost the max players per class, so you have 5 allied snipers on the beach and 6 Axis on the clifftops..boring tbh.
There seems to be a lot of camping going on atm, I think there might be quite a few new peeps from other games. I was on Anzio last night, scored about 40-20 (which is no big deal) , but there were other people on my team with score of like 7-9 for the same time period. Where had they been? Hiding in the sewers?
The new para maps are quite good, though not everyone likes them.
