Hl1108.exe - Corrupt File

Has any1 else had the problem with getting a msg:

"An I/O error occurred while installing a file. This is normally caused by bad installation media or a corrupt installation file."

The exe extract most of the content until it gets to file 'stalkyard.bmp' and the pop-up with the above msg.

I d/l the file in one go so there wasn't any interruptions in the d/l.

So could this be the actual release was currupt?

I believe the file I downloaded was from the BW ftp.
