Now this is not a complaint in the strictest sense but why so high prices?, on prydwen hib the prices are WAY lower, alot of ppl seem to have attitude problems on excalibur and "elite" kind of way of thinking, whole point of the game is to have fun and not all this "eliteness" quite franlkly and things, your ruining the game for others, do you know how long it takes to farm like 10p for the average player?

Dont care if i get flamed for this

Hibs got shrooms which means they can solo (with fop bot) loads of encounters while mid has to do it with greater numbers hence the prices + that loads of people got loads of cash. Supply and demand and so on.

Still I agree with you. Prices are way to high for my likings aswell.

They farm rare drops and sell them to buy something on the CM's they need, thus making the system go around with the same cash but just different owners.. well sort of :p

Not quite true, helme. :)

Mid excal have df most of the time, thus making it possible to create money, instead of the same cash flowing around on the server. This makes the amount of P on each player increase compared to the same amount of players on hibernia excal, which hardly ever has df..

This week, I alone have made 10p on sealfarming alone. With a bb, aug healer and a warrior, I can pretty much solo my way down to each and every prince in df, and take out the mobs surrounding him, grating me with around 100seals pr hr. that will make 1.5p pr hr, so.. :)

this money is not something that has been around before, so my cash is now inserted into the current flow of P's.. Thus making the P on each player increasing again..

Not the very best of english, but I think you get the drift..

More cash into the system, more can be asked for an item, uberness and rareness also comes into consideration when an item is sold. That's why mid excal prices are WAY out of line..

mids are just greedy afaik :(

Agreed ^^

I never sell my items for a high price, i want the casual players to get a chance aswell :)
Its easier to sell most stuff when cheaper of course, thou you might not be able to collect as much money as many other people. Still...a warrior can farm decent scrolls and make money that way ^^

sanzor, that was my attitude too, sell for cheap so casual players get a look in....then found that the elitists were just cleaning off my CM and selling on theirs for double the price...so i gave up

When hibs have DF they never venture past their cambions anyway as any stealther from other 2 realms will tell u.That is until Mid gets DF back then they all come streaming down like rats after a piper. However Mids are bloody greedy thats 4sure.

Now now, don't be hars and judge every mid player by the action of some. :)
I don't think of myself as greedy, thus I tend to give away stuff to mates and those who ain't that wealthy.

True, thats why i normally just post around with my stuff, instead of putting em on CM :)

also another reason stuff is more expensive on mid/exc than hib/pry (i played hib/pry for 1.5 years) is that theres alot more quality stuff. i used to search housing on hib/pry and never find what i want. you search for any item on mid/exc and its normally there , even if ridiculously priced. this is down to the amount of experienced lvl 50's on mid/exc which was definatly lacking on hib/pry hence why i moved to mid/exc.

Thats your choice: but normally if you put something on a CM at a cheap price someone will buy it to resell it immediately at a higher price.

Its unlikely to have the effect you intended ;)
