high level crafted bow

Who can craft... and how much will it cost me for a crafted Duskwood (highest wood?) Composite Bow... im looking for 97% or higher.

I know Blood used to make them but i dont know the costs...

Blood, Random, Tesla and Sinister are the fletchers who can make them high qual. Last thing I saw I think blood sold 99% ones for 450g, but don't know if he makes them anymore since he's busy with his SB . Sinister don't play his hunter often anymore either so your best bet is to try to get hold of Tesla and Random I'd guess.
