hibs still got under pop

is it just me that think its a bit odd thats hibs still have this on dyvet server but there seem to be loads more hibs than mids

yeah mids got it but why do hibs still have it ?
seem like
mids have about 20%
hibs have about 35%
albs have about 45%

might be wrong but it just seems like that

glad goa have given mids the under pop bonus but its just made they have left hibs with 50% rvr cost reduction

Because according DEV say in game, they wont change this bonuses until the calculation is right.

I dont understand why EAmythic/ GOA cant give the figure publicly to show how much player/ percentage is on the server? As they say this is an private matter.
