Personally we were happy to let hibs take berk towers last night and were happy to stop albs intervening while they were doing this. This was done with no chat with any hibs. it just made sense to let them get the keep + towers again.

Maybe this was the same thing. Some furby hugging is sometimes good for the soul.

problem being: we've lost our keep? which us putting us (the albs) out. i personally dont care if you farm each other for rps, youll get banned for that. cooping has always been lame. i remember people whining so hard about cooping in darkness falls (funny, it was albs back then)

i decide to run beno to see if the unlikely chance that anyone is there as /stats rp shows 2 people questing, i see a ram up then rami changes from the ram at me and i hug him so he goes back to his ram watch him ram down both and give him a bit of help on the lord, but couldnt kill it as it kept healing anyway :/

Hibs having beno makes for much more intresting rvr

"not killing" isn't equal with "help each other to take a keep" imo

Instead of trying to justify why Brite did help Rami, he should have killed him
on sight, that he could do without getting zerged by albs at that time.

Rest is just a bad excuse for cooping, and it would be nice to see both hibs and
mids taking keeps from eachother as well, since that is kind of rare.

It's not like your realms are holding weak classes!

And i don't believe that you're tired of the amounts of albs since you always
tend to go here anyway, trying to camp Orions bridge or zerging around Beno.

from my pov: kill rami and have no rvr action, or let him ram.

then kill rami and the bard + 2 bots and be disliked by them for it, or continue to hang around to see what happens

then help them with lord and have some good rvr action, or kill them and be disliked by them or leave and be bored

i know what id choose everytime and most other players would too as the other 3 mids that came did exactly the same

i like to be friendly to other respectable members of opposing realms by not adding on 1 on 1 or FG vs FG (that dont mow me solo or add) and having some fun with the opposite realms

if it really bothers you that 2 realms are going to be friendly towards one another to have fun, or even to be able to compete or get somthing done then dont log on

as for some comment about my reputation, its more of a compliment having a bad reputation with an enemy realm

iRVR is better in HW, the landscape shows that. It was tried in Emain and Odins and it didn't work nearly as well as HW does.

Saying it's lame to help an enmy realm take a keep is a matter of opinion, as Brite said some people see the option to kill the enemy straight away, or work together and make RVR better for the next few days/weeks perhaps.

Brite did what he did see fit for the time, up to him if he wanna loose out on potential RP's and not kill someone else. Illegal would be if he sold drugs and used DAoC as a channel for it. Against CoC.., doubt it, he simply didnt kill someone, nothing to QQ over in the longrun.

Apparently it's not against the CoC:

"18. You may NOT cross-team spy. This means you are not allowed to have characters in different realms on the same server (usually used for the purpose of spying on opposing realms). This includes characters on different accounts. However, we will not discourage 2 realms from cooperating with each other against a 3rd (commonly referred to as cross-teaming), as long as you do not act against your home-realm. While we want all 3 realms to wage war against each other, there are times when a little cooperation is appropriate. "Cross-teaming" in this manner is not a violation of our rules."

Personally however I think that taking a keep together is overdoing it a bit and this part would be more relevant:

"16. Engage in any behavior that is contrary to the 'spirit of the game' as defined by Mythic in its sole discretion."

Rightnow it or ask a GM. See what they say.

If hibs and hibs were hitting the lord together, then it is cooping. They state that it is not against the coc. Okey, let's live with it, it's not a problem, stop whining.
