I can only speak from the view Abbadon posted on prydwen.net
There he stated that the raid was for lvl 47+ and for people who didn't want to lose xp, cause frankly I thought we were not going to make it. The people who show up were people that had posted and read Abbadon's post. Since DF was open there were also people there who had not read Abbadon's post. I know many Rangers and Nightshades were upset because they were forced to make their own group. But in the end we managed to kill legion
Ps. Don't leave a Cursed Forest group for DF, cause really good groups in DF are rare and if you have a spot in CF that is much better. (2/10) times I've gotten really good groups in DF and that is not good. Ds
