Hibby Cloaks

is there a collared cloak anywhere in hib, a drop or result of an si quest maybe? i know mids and albs have them but i have yet to see a hib one except on CC's at keeps. I personally would love to get one as i don't like the look of hooded ones on a tank.

New .64 cloaks are supposed to have collars. Other then that, not that I know of.
