ye sure its not exact same stats cause u cant get 10% resist gems.. but pretty close

Would need 4 MP gems and still only have a 50% o/c success rate to get the stats above from a 'crafted version'. Would probably cost way more than the price offered above.

5pt overcharges are safe with 99% gems - I do it all the time and have never had anything blow up.

u need 99qua gems... and its close to always successfull
none of my 5oc parts have exploded.. basically anyone who doesnt do 5oc is kinda stupid imo ;x
