Wasn't there but have observed this:
by the time you are entering a keep, don't use CG any more: do /y for orders because you often have peeps that have showed up that aren't in cg.
When peeps see someone charging up the stairs often the sheep effect kicks in and the muppets go charging up thinking its a mass charge and that orders have been issued.
End of keep raid. Type /release and start blaming each other

as someone stated in another thread, at present all they can do is go away and come back once we hibs are all gone to sleep
or they can try the runemaster mine offensive, but that has yet to be done right (afaik).
Til you get gtAoE next patch you're options are pretty limited, and as it is, 99% of the time there will be pbaoe at any hib keep defence.

The Runies have it right. Trying to get the 'Tanks' to charge when we've drooped the bombs is the hard part.
