Whats a good Hib duo for me and my old man?..only casual play cause we cant claim two of the houses computers often

Manachanter/manament is the obvious choice

BM/Bard is fun, so is VW/bard (this one is mad fun).

Warden/LW.

Void eld/manament

Ranger/Void eld

2 animists

Basically most classes can duo, my advice is pick ones that you think you may enjoy and try them out...enjoyment is key for casual play, if the duo isnt fun, whats the point

Bard/VW i would recommend tho

manachanter + druid.

I played for a while with this combination and its really fun and although focus pulling isnt what it was, its probably still viable.

- You can pet pull mobs that are a lot larger than mana menta + druid as the druids buffs really boost the pets defences.
- You lack mana regen from a mana menta, but you can buy mana regen potions, with this combo you wont ever be short of cash to buy them.
- Including a druid gives you options later on like using him as a second account buffbot, and its a lot more rvr viable character than a mana menta (current hib grps are 1/4 druid...).
- pb mage and a druid are both solid pve and rvr characters on their own.

bard + det. tank , can switch tanking/support class when ur bored.. and this is nice for bg1-3 aswell for a break inbetween.

tbh in rvsr if you wanna pwn you need the following things mainly:

[speed + cc + dmg + heals] or stealth... obviously the hib stealther duo is kinda shit compared to the alb one, so not the best choice imo

bard + hero would by my choice or blademaster with bodyguard + bard
bard + manachanter works quite well aswell.

If you are looking for FUN and not uber fast PL type levelling ( assume you will be starting new chars and you say you are casual players ) try Champ and Mana/Ment Ment, I did that duo with my GF to 40ish and was great fun, ment gets hot, pot, heal, mezz, stun, dot, nuke and ofc champ gets high damage and debuff/dd's.

Ofcourse you lack any end regen but tbh it never bothered me especially as i was s/s so wasn't using huge end styles every time.

ofc simple mode; goto alb, make necro + cleric buffbot. Get 50, make money (enough ways), sell plats on eBay orsmt or even better, sell both (illegal tho), and buy the 2 chars you want. If you go for RvR fun that is.
