I tried to fit in CTR aswelll and failed, but did come up with a non-rog template that is a bit cheaper then most of the ML10 templates (bugged ml10 cloak).

no , you can bug it .
step 1: Fill your inventory with garbage .
step 2: Summon the cloak by equipping the items you need and the cloak should drop on the ground.
step 3: Trade astrals back to an alt and pick up the cloak.
ps: To Summon the cloak you need Vest , leggings and a weapon Also , you need to always have 2 Astral items on you so that the Cloak won't disappear without the bug.
