which was made 2 years before radio gaga. Coincidence ? Considering Queen & Bowie sued Vanilla Ice for under Pressure..seems a bit hypocritical. The band TIME shurrrly must be owed a few pennies - Men at Work recently lost a law suit regarding the "we come from a land down under" riff, and TIME deserve some credit, the song by now has made millions for Queen. And not to mention Echoes by Floyd and a certain Andrew Lloyd Webber song about a guy in a mask..but who would sue Mr Webber

Anyone got anymore blatent steals regarding old/classic songs for which the actual 'composer' received no credit ?

I'm slightly staggered that any song doesn't sound a bit like another song already in existence.

But then I'm not a creative type.

Pendulum pointlessly stealing a riff from Dune - Million Miles From Home and sticking it as a completely pointless and unrelated bit of the track for a short period of time.

Either use the riff to make a good track or use it in a way that at least suits the track. Don't just stick it in for the sake of it. And slightly change the lyrics. And slow it down slightly.
