the new way is too have the celerity procer and the ABS debuff procer and maybe get a matter weapon in there aswell, making it close too weaponless

These weapons all have +5 all weapons / large weapon and 20ish str.

for a none semi weaponless template its not that great i think you can do alot better, maybe get some shield in there.
