Hero SC template, help me out!!

Yep, i need a Hero SC template for 99% set. 5point OC is ok but really prefer 4 point, it's really fucking expensive on pvp to get SC done.

i want these capped:
LW
Shield
Parry
Hitts
Str
Con
Dex
Qui
Weapon resist's
Cold
Heat
Energy
Spirit
Body

And maybe a little in the other missing resist's if poss, advice's are welcome
btw i allrdy got my 2-h weapon sc'ed
Stas:
+22dex +22qui +13 Const +3 parry.

If it's not possible then try lower the resist's like to 20% but keep em above 15%
