I'm not 100% if this is good enough for a Heretic or whats needed in template... This is my first attempt at a Heretic template... so be NICE!!!

Why are you capping acuity and spell damage in a melee temp, but not str?

Jacina is also quite useless, because you don't need the spell piercing as tic. If you want a belt with buff bonus, then I'd rather switch to the Spirit Bound Demonic Belt which also gives healing bonus and more power pool.

This temp wasn't for pure Melee it was more for a caster tic... while being able to melee if need to. I put Jacina in only for the 5% caster range, thats all, as I couldn't think of anything else that had range.

Anyway this temp wasn't for me it was for a friend who had specifics...ie: 10% range 10% spell damage 101 dex 101 pie

Any mele tic CoZ is a must imo. that charge on it is too good to miss out on

Rather use a good belt then and Phoebus Harp for the spell range =)
