hi all got JS level 10 but cant seem to use the power heal can do /use and the 25% HP heal goes of but /use2 dont do anything bar retrun the line this item cant be used

my Q is do heratics only get partial use (hope not as its very sucky if so)

cleric's, tic's and friar's get heal while caster's get power boost

mmm so why list it as use 1 and use 2 abilties on the artie kind of sucks and ty for the info
