Cookers.

I know some of you have your own houses/place to live and stuff so maybe you might be able to help me. I wanna buy my mum a new cooker (for no reason at all, I just want to) and I plan on going to some department stores and real shops and stuff, but is there any where online I can 'window shop' for stuff like this?

Looking for a gas cooker with about 6 hobs and a grill and an oven thing, but not a modern looking one. Nope, it's gotta be looking 'olden-style'. I dunno how to explain it better, but our kitchen is looking antique and shit. It's got one of them wooden stick things on a rope to hang the pots and pans. It's got a long dark-wooded table and old looking chairs.

Do you know what I mean? Yeah, I'm crap at explaining things. Basically, it's not one of them modern-looking-simplistic type kitchen (that doesn't really narrow it down does it?)

Blah, whatever.

Safe.

range cookers are very expensive you are not going to get anything like that on the cheap. You could try sites for stores such as currys etc but to get anything half decent the cheapest you will be looking at is about £500 and even that is pretty budget.

If i were you i would pick a much cheaper pressie unless you have bottomless pockets :p

a range cooker is like an old style cooker which from what you said in your original post is what i think your looking for.

Or "stop talking to me, I don't know you". But anyway clowneh, you could do worse than look here for all your appliance needs.

Yeh I want a range cooker but not one that looks modern like most of the ones I've seen. What's dual fuel? Is that like you need two gas tank things?

Thanks for all the input so far guys :)

Well, the old dear had a Stanley a couple of years ago and dual fuel meant (in this case) that it doubled up as a woodburner. So you can either use gas/oil or wood as a fuel.
