Got screenies now of your conversation with me from after I logged in on my Infiltrator to collect GoV. It's a shame if ANYONE thinks that I would go to such a level to get an artifact... :/ I'd gladly help anyone if I could that needed an artifact, if I could roll I would, but only if I need it, otherwise I'd just let them keep the drop.

rofl, a few night's ago me and some m8's see some shade's death spam we deside to check it out, we find the encounter up with 1 guy there (at this point there was only last mob left and encounter was fully reset). we go in take the cloak attack the mob when some more of the ppl come in and complain that they have allmost killed it and wiped so we should just leave(2 of em), we kill mob and let em join the random, then jarvio (on his necro) come's around and start's saying it was his cloak, and something about free spirit(witch doesnt exist anymore) is a bunch of arti stealer's (rofl). Sartre wins the arti and MS pop'd so we went to kill that, before we came to MS with sorc speed sartre got a PM from jarvio saying that if he didnt give back his cloak he would report him to rigthnow, the talk went on and ended with jarvio saying so wacked shit to sartre (chat log is rightnowed ^^) and /ignore was used....

to conclude jarvio ur a stop QQing about gov when ur only gonna sell it...

Tryxa you do know that a FULL RESET means all 3 mobs up again, not 1 or 2. This means if you kill 1 mob on shades and then wipe, you can release and come back, its still your encounter untill all the mobs respawns.

I can however tell you that as long as an encounter hasn't fully reset or one or some of the people doing it are still alive the encounter still belongs to that group.

Notice the OR in the sentence. and you cant say a SoM with 1 mob up is "fully reset" also if just 1 person is there and he was part of killing 1 mob, its still his encounter even if the other ones left for a bit.

When your entire group wipes on an encounter you've had your turn. If someone else comes and you've released then they're fully entitled to do the encounter. What you're saying here is just selfish. If you wipe on SoM you don't deserve to have it anyway.

I think the particular GOA representative made either an incomplete statement or the rules aren't worked out properly...

Suppose you do an encounter with a group, you have a complete wipe, everyone releases... then 2 minutes later i come with another group, and see the encounter up with nobody around, but there's 1 or more missing mobs. I do the encounter and succeed... NO WAY the encounter is still yours.
