Help!

Ok basically my problem is that im not able to renew my subscription. The old credit card i used is gone so im going to use a new one. The problem is that whenever i go to pay it never asks for credit card details it just says " immediate standing order". So can someone please tell me how do i switch please??

My understand was that, unfortunately, you have to let it expire, and then put in the new details when it does.

I had same problem Card reached it Expiry date and GOA in they wisdom wont let you update you CC Details.

Close you account down and then once it Expired Subscribe to game again then it allows you to put you NEW CC Details in.

Sucky I know but GOA for some reason never thought that people get new CC.

Problem is that the a/c is closed but it still doesnt ask for details. Its been closed for over two weeks. Its terrible not been able to play
So any other suggestions?
