Busy making a RM temp... To me the temp i have so far is awesome just 1 flaw that i find unacceptable, 6% cast speed. Any clue what i could swap out? :x

RM templates are like Wizard templates they don't need +duration or a shit ton of PP , i don't see how making one can be difficult :D

EDIT: Drop scalars and use ml10 legs imho

reason why i was using astral staff was because i found out that i put in astral cloak without any other astral armor piece or jewelry to sustain it, so in an attempt to get it fixxed i put in the staff... wanted to avoid getting stellar pants cause its fucking 80plat on mid... but mweh fuck it guess ill just have to spend for a change :<

Well I was not intending to overcap them but I wanted power charge and not on staff so I had to use cloth cap! Traldors has 5% pierce so 10%. I also wanted 2xshapeshifts and atlantis had 5% pierce so I am 5% overcap now.
As for dex and int most of the items I used have dex and int cap so :z

Practically its a temp with 101 dex 101 int 75 con 400 hp Ok resists 2xshapeshifts and traldors for the 5% dmg buff :p

Body resists should be the pri 1 magic resists to cap if you can. Nerf something else instead
