Help!

Ok so got home from work, shuttle waiting to be setup.

Installed cpu, memory, gfx card, checked manual twice etc.

Switch on....gets to JUST before the windows screen and reboots.

Then tries again and will say windows did not boot properly etc. etc.


I basically swapped the hdd from my other machine, do I need to reinstall windows as shuttle is non standard mobo etc?


Any suggestions?

heh yes

you sdhould never swpa a HD with a bootable OS on it onto a different mobo. You will need to reinstall.

Not that they mean much, but hit us with some benchies ECA.

Also you never did say how much you got your XT from or where it came from either.

Only benchie I've run is FFXI so far.

5000 on high, 5500 on low.

Stock install drivers etc. Will Update drivers & OC @ the weekend and run gunmetal, etc.

I reckon it should be running nearer 6000.

P4EE w/ 1gb synchronous ram + 9800 xt = 6800 on low, 6200 on high.
