necklace also have 80 hp cap

and your heat resists are 37 or something, 26 is cap so i suggest you remove the 15 you have on your hands.

so remove your crush resists and slash resists on SC

and replace your gem with the quest gem from oceanus leggings quest, called harpy feather charm.

also replace your belt with belt of the brute, its like 1p - 2p now a days and will get you higher str cap and easy some of your scing

theres also the naxos quest bracer which has some nice stats and +8 to str cap.

hope you can use some of the things

your resists sukz.. you need Body maxed as all other to atleast 23+ Matter dosent haft to be more than 0 or the resists coming from the items. Then get Lost seed necki i think it is. 4*10% resits maybe you should get some more in skillz so you cap the WS and m8 lose the Winged helm and get Mad tales.

If you really need some help on the resists you should try items like

Feather warp (cloak) ml9.x somthing
Ebon bracer
Band of shadow (ring)
Harpy feather charm.
The Lost seed SI quest necki with 4*10 resists
and maybe CB arti for Str/other stats cap and maybe a Naxos bracer if you dont have any chance to get CB
Get a nice belt maybe Lava Warped belt or maybe Belt of the Brute to get more str cap and there is so much more you can change. All these items are not like 20p each they are very much farmeble and some are quests + maybe really cheap.

GL m8 and remember only cap Quickness to 250 max with buffs. All after 250 will not affect your speed.

btw. the cenalon's ring is what ranger's and nightshades get. if you have a friend that will do quest for you and give it to you or something, because tanks gets another version of it

never played hib so dont know all the nice items there, and i know it aint the items that you wanted realy in the temp, but i couldnt resist to try make a temp anyway. croc offhand instead of battler means better swing spd, and you can have battler on back for the charge.

this is maybe a bit gimped template...

Just thought id mention a nice BM spec Ive used that you may want to consider, 39 blades, 50 CD, 42 shield, 6 parry(left over), mainly specced for slam cos it rox!, its great in pve when grp's need a shield tank and I find its great in pvp as it saves ur butt from alot of the ranged inc damage and slamming pesky infils/sb's then switching to 2 weps+flurry+TW hurts

although at the mo im 50 blades(cos the back styles revenging blade+brilliant blade hurt), 50 shield, 28 parry, with mastery blocking 3 which works for me.
