help with SB template

Havent played since Toa came out and now im thinking about starting again. Now i have looked at alot of pages(Haldors link, VoA, Edo temp maker..) about drops/artis and stuff and ive come to the conclution that its impossible to cap everything(like i used to have). So my question is whats most importent to cap now that Toa is out? How much of resists(energy/matter/osv) should you sacrifice to get +cap on str/con +melee speed/dmg/style dmg?
The arties that im thinking about using is: SoM, GsV(better util then GoV even if GoV seems better), Oglidarsh's Belt( if im using the abs buffer is my SoM gonna overwrite it if it gets hit?)

Now I would love some tips on arties/drops that is good and some recomendations on what to focus(resists/+caps andso on) on when doing my template.
